Bank Of Baroda — amount debited from account but not credited to other account

During transferring amount of rs 15000/-, from by bank of baroda account, a/c no. [protected]; ifsc: barb0nasikr, to my motilal oswal d-mat account, amount of rs.15000 has been debited from my bank of baroda account, but amount is not yet credited to my motilal oswal d mat account. I request you to please look in to matter and revert me back as soon as possible about my payment status. My transaction details are as below.
