Bank Of Baroda — amount debited from my account but haven't received cash from atm

Dear sir,
My bob a/c no. [protected].. Branch:bob ambejogai maharashtra. I used my bob atm card to withdraw rs. 10000/. On date of 19/08/2017 at 11:57:46 from bank of baroda atm located in front of bob bank ambejogai money was not receive from atm but my a/c got deducted. Atm show message "transaction time out". We got msg "rs.10000 is debited to a/c...5812 on[protected]:57:46 (Clear bal rs.15731.53). Tollfree [protected] [protected] (6am-10pm)" later checked balance from same atm noticed 10000 rupees deducted which i never received. I kindly request to resolve this problem and refund the amount as i need it in urgently.
