This was on 27th oct 2020, As i have been in a payment portal and was about to complete my payment through my debit card .I got an OTP and i have entered it ... while i pressed the submit button {to make payment} the screen suddenly showed up that session has expired and it guided me to make payment again. I have started making payment again because there was no message of money deduction in my account as if there was no transaction was done .. The message of the deduction of amount was came at 11:41 am but the transaction was done at 11:25 am which is clearly 16 minutes after the payment declined and this made me to pay double the amount for a single message delay and how come my money was debited when it showed me to make payment again.
I have visited the bank to talk about this but instead of taking my complaint offline and trying to solve it they told me to make an online complaint in their bank's website which is

NO matter how many times i've tried to make complaint it just refreshes and shows the same page ... there was no complaint submitted message or any complaint tracker on the site it just keeps me fill the details and enter captha everytime . but of no use
I thought I can get some help from here to get refund of my money .
