I am writing this to inform you that on 12/07/18 my transaction o[censored]s 10800 from phone pay was failed due to some technical difficulties via Bank of Baroda. I got to know that it is due to some issues from bank of baroda.
I have been informed that it will be credited back to my account in 5 working days. They has stated the date also that is 17/07 to 19/07. I have attached the screenshot of PhonePay ticket too. Yet I have not been refunded any amount.
I respect you to credit the failure amount to my account.
