Bank Of Baroda — amount deducted from account and did not credited back

Used sbi atm efnj[protected] at gautam nagar bhopal on 3rd oct 2017 at 12:00:07 to withdraw rs 500 but during transaction atm gone out of service and transaction failed didnot recieved any cash and amount rs 500 deducted from account [protected].
Customer cares say they dont have details in their system advices to contact branch. Bank says complain online. Plese help
