Bank Of Baroda — Amount deducted from bank but not received in paytm

I make some transition on 25.12.16 at 04.44 pm of rs. 5000/-. That was deducted from my bank but not add in paytm. I was already requested to paytm and bank also for same mater. Still i am waiting for refund. Paytm customer care executive told me this settlement made by bank. Please resolve this problem. This transition screen shot is attached in this request.

Today im going atm to withdraw the money but my card is invalid
yeasterday im withdraw the money but after one day the card as been shows our card invalid
