While placing an order on Amazon in Apr 2019, my payment was declined after a day stating "hard decline from bank". The amount was around ₹1600. I contacted Amazon and they told me that issue is from bank side. After that I have been contacting bank time and again with no response. They told me to raise an online complaint which I did, but the response says that the refund was transferred in my account in Mar itself, though I did transaction in April. With several visits at the branch, they told me I would get a refund on 3rd June but no sign of refund even till now. This has happened several times earlier while making my payments at Uber. After following up several times, due to residing in different city and job commitments, I am bound to loose following up with the bank and eventually loose money.
