Bank Of Baroda — Amount deducted from my account with fraud

Hello I am om prakash chaurasia
My a/c no. is [protected].
7000rs deducted from my account by fraudulent I got a call he asks my ATM card and adhar card detail and debited my account with 7000.
He told me that your account to be closed update your bank detail for stopping the block of bank account.
Please tell me where n which website is used my card for shopping.
My mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com
Two transaction were done...one was 300 n other is 7000.
I never aware of this type of fradulent can happen.
Plz do needfull.

I have given cheque requisition slip in january - 2017. It is not received till 23.03.2017. on 23.03.2017 i again request for cheque book using bank's slip. Till today 12.04.2017, i have not received a cheque book. i have to suffer a lot in absence of cheque book.
