I VINOD KUMAR having an a/c in the BOB SHAKARPUR BRANCH DELHI-92

when
i tried to withdraw Rs. 1000/= from my a/c [protected] on 27/01/2015 around
16:34: pm from the Axis Bank ATM SHAKARPUR DELHI at the time atm machine
switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the
atm
but when i checked THE MY MOBILE BALANCE MESSAGE IS DEDUCTED OF MY ACCOUNTS the balance from the other atm after 20 MINITS the balance was
deducted from my a/c.
sir i have already given the complain to the BOB BANK but till now no any reply
come not the money .
so I am requesting you to take necessary action
