From last one month i am waiting for my amount as i purchased product from amazon and returned then product even amazon has confirmed that your amount has been credited in your bank account but till now i did not receive my amount in my bank account and it is really disappointed thing for me and within one week i will close my account from this bank as bank not refunded my amount.
Now request to you please help me and solve my problem

Updated by Tapendra Arya From last one month i was waiting for my amount and i purchased something from amazon after that i have returned that product but till now i did not receive my amount also when i called to amazon they said that they have refunded my amount but when i consult to bank they sid that they do not have any information regarding amazon amount and this is first experience of my life with amazon and with my bank and i am so much disappointed due to this behavior now please solve my issue as soon as possible otherwise i will close my account from bank
