Bank Of Baroda — amount not credit in beneficiary account nor refund in sender account.

Myself, an account holder of baroda bank having account number-[protected], ifsc code-barb0khavdi, branch-jamnagar. I had transfer 2000/- to beneficiary account which is not credited in beneficiary account or not refunded in my account on 18 may 2018. From last 1 month i keep touch with baroda bank, but no refund initiated. I keep mail to (Imps. [protected]@bankofbaroda.com), but no response.
