I was supposed to receive a payment from a merchant as i had returned a product. But the same has not been reflected into my account even after 74 days. The merchant has provided me arn id.
I’ve had a word with the customer care as well as base branch and submitted multiple complaints but no resolution for the same has been given to me.

Updated by Gunjanmalhottra The disputed amount is INR 1999. I want to file a charge dispute. So that they can give me the necessary details else i will take legal action
