Bank Of Baroda — amount not credited in my account since 9 october 2017

I have deposited rs 49500 on 9 october 2017 in machine the mahine accept all money and after that it shows the message of hardware error and also shows the message of transaction unsuccessful and my cash was also remains in the machine for that i have complained in the branch and also on toll free number but till today (3 november) i have not recieved my money...
So kindly credit my account with rs 49500
