My name is shiwansh saxena and i have account in bank of baroda, farrukhabad. I have done two transactions on may 31, 2019 for jio mobile recharge through freecharge app but that transactions were failed and the money was deducted from my bob account. I have also complained to freecharge and they mailed me saying that the amount was refunded and contact to bank. But i didn't get the amount of rs. 41 and 41, a total of rs. 82. I want to know when will i get the said amount to my account.

I have been receiving unknown transaction message on my mobile no.[protected] from bank of baroda(AX-BOBTXN) A/C...2459 since last 5-6 months.

I am not having any accounts in BOB.
