From mysb a/c no xxx[protected] on 6.02.2017 (Transaction unsuccessful). I inquired from the beneficiary, they have refunded the amount on
23.02.2017, but same has not credited to my a/c till date. I am following wid the bank but no one is responding properly and guiding in what and where to complaint.. There customers care numbers are also not responding after waiting for 1 hr but no one picked the call. Was this information helpful? |
