Bank Of Baroda — amount trfd to wrong account through mobile banking from my icici bank a/c

Address: Raigad, Maharashtra, 410206

Dear sir/madam

This is to inform you that i had transferd rs.10000/- through imps no. [protected] from my icci panvel (Navi mumbai) branch
Account on 6-5-2019 to your branch a/c no.[protected] (Mr. Prabhat kapoor). But the said amount is not credited in beneficiary.
Through oversight the same is credited to account no. [protected].
I request you, please arrange to refund my money back to me.
Previously also i had requested for the same.

I had also written them directly but all in vain. What is the use of writing you, when you are also doing same thing and Bank of Baroda does not give any response.
