I tried to transfer rs. 5000 to one of my beneficiary account and received messages timed out and rs. 5000 debited from my account. This transaction i did on 8th may 2019. However, till date i have not received refund of rs. 5000. Branch people are not at all helping me.

We have submitted from and did the procedure for register/link mobile number with bank account however still not link
Bank officer not give proper answer not support us
We can not generate password and not able to do online service

I did 399 rs. jio recharge on 13 june 2019 through Myjio app.
Amount is deducted but recharge is not activated. so please reverse my money to my BOB account.
it has been long since im waiting
