I am a employee of bank of baroda sridhar lingayya sadula employee code ss165732 and there was a health check up facility every year in the bank and accordingly your representative had booked appointment for me and my wife on 09.11.2019 at 8.30 am for health check up in qurae speciality hospital prior to 2 months and i have received email confirmation from your company and also received call from the representative. And prior to 2 days of appointment also i have received reminder email and call from representative to attend on time. But when i reached hospital as per given time schedule it is my surprise that the appointment was not booked in the hospital and when i have contacted customer service of medi assist they have not booked appointment and apologising for the same. This is the level of professionalism your employees are maintaining in the corporate world there is no value for your corporate clients and i am also taking up with my hrm for such a un professionalism apptoach. I am really upset and i think you will value and take this feedback for error free service going forward.
