Bank Of Baroda — Arrears of pension

I an a pensioner and my pension account is with Bank of Baroda, Ashok nagar, Chennai. My PPO no.[protected]. My account no. 6000/525248 and BSR code of the bank is 0230701. I took voluntary retirement from the Income Tax Department w.e.f. 12/4/2016 (AN) and in the month of November, arrears of my pension has been credited to the said account. I find the arrears have not been calculated properly. On checking up with the bank, I am informed that the issue has to be taken up with your headquarters. Kindly get me a copy of the due drawn statement so as to enable me to verify the dues. In case of any discrepancy in the said statement, whom should I contact may also please be informed to me.
