Bank Of Baroda — atm card not delivered

I had applied for a new debit card around 3-4 months ago. I haven't received my debit card as of now. Kindly look into the matter and please deliver my atm card as soon as possible. My shipment tracking id is: EA[protected]IN I tried contacting the bank officials but they said my shipment is already delivered to the post office and the post office officials are saying that the shipment has not been delivered to the post office. I need the atm card very urgently its too difficult for carrying out all daily payments with the dependency on cash. Kindly understand my urgency and look after the matter asap

Sir, I ordered a mobile phone in Amazon in 12/04/2019 and in 14/04/2019 I cancel it Amazon refund my money in 15/04/2019 but my money is not credited in my account rs 7998 so please refund my money as soon as possible reference no. Is[protected]

I had transferred 200 rupees from my Bank of Baroda account to amazon pay wallet . Although its deducted from my BOB account but haven't received it amazon pay wallet. I have called to customer care multiple times.
Please respond at earliest to as where should I expect my money to be.

I am holding a current account A/c no. [protected] my account is freezed from the date of opening
I have opened my account a month before but it is not activated till now.
I have visited bank too many times but I haven't get my account activted.
