Bank Of Baroda — Atm cash not withdraw

I had try to do transaction at atm of dena bank at rajkot on 12/03/2017 evening,
But unfortunately i found that money was deducted from my account of rs. 4000 but not come out.
I spoke to customer care (His name is mr venkat) and he suggest to wait for 24 hr to return the money but its still not found in my account.
