I had applied for atm card at the time of account opening in oct 2015. Then after i have received only atm pin on my address even for two times, first document dated by 06-01-16 and the second dated by 09-09-16.
In these periods consecutively i have received only atm pin but not the atm card. Both time card didn't reached my address perhaps atm pin reached and these two times probably card would be returned to the bank. But for the confirmation about the card i also went to the branch but card was not there it means it was returned to the mumbai office.
Now i didn't got atm card after these two attempts and that was known to the bank, then why they are charging me the card maintainance charge or"debit card fee"even i had never received my atm card.. So i want compensastion along with those charges which were charged to me as maintance charges for the atm which i had never used. Related pictures are attached below.
