On 18th 2017
August i tried withdrawing 6000rs cash from bank of baroda atm, when i was waiting for the cash to get dispense from the machine the atm showed me an error message that its out of service, i immediately called the customer care and informed them about it and they asked me to wait for 24 hrs for the amount to be credit back to my account but nothing happened, i called them again and they took the complain on 19th august 2017 and aked me to wait for 7 working days for the amount to be credited back to the account, since that day the 7 working days has passed and i have still not got the money yet, when i call them they say to talk to the branch manager and when i talk to the branch manager he ask me to talk to customer care. I don't know are they taking any action against the customer request or not Was this information helpful? |
