Bank Of Baroda — atm machine

Today at 9.00 am i went to withdraw cash from arya mahila college bank of baroda atm. there are three atm's and none is working.
the bank charges for atm's but where is the service. now i have wasted petrol to reach atm and it does not work. the guard said it is not working since yesterday.

now what bank of baroda is going to pay as compensation, since they are charging money. i have an account with bob.

04jun19 i transferred rs7000 to another account amount is debited from my account bt not credited to recipient, transaction failed timed out .Not refund to my account
