        This is to inform you that I was adding the money for Rs. 500/- dated on 24.1.17 in free charge but it has not been added in free charge and also deducted from my Bank Account. I called up to Free Charge also and they said they did not receive any transaction for Rs. 500/-. And i am also trying to call up the Bank on the toll free number but i am not getting any response as well.please see attechment for the further information

          I send 20000 rupees my father account (ac no-[protected] name Bhanwar Singh shekhawat) through Alrajhi bank in Saudiarabia .but by mistake account number change to [protected] (one number different instead of 4 type 5). then i resend original account number again .but unfortunately my father still not receive that money until now .i requested to re fund that money through Alrajhi bank, but here we receive email from ICICI Bank they already transfer money through NEFT Mode on 07/nov/2016 in account number [protected] which is in your bank its not working that account .So that i kindly requesting to you please credited 20000 rupees to my father account number [protected] which i send from Saudi Arabia or re fund to remitter

            I have moving my money from Bank Of baroda to Free charge amount (INR 500) for buying some movie ticket's but when i click on proceed to pay they deducted my money from the bank but thety didn't recieve a single penny from the bank side.                 this is a bad impact from such a nationalised bank that their are giving false belief

                  Greetings of the day, this email I am writing in regards to the fraudulent transaction in my NRI account no. [protected], branch Muradnagar. This has happened in the month of August and noticed and informed to the bank on same day. The bank has raised the chargeback for 36 transactions and the TAT for that process was 45 days as per the email sent on 07/10/2016.

                  The VISA office has responded to that charge back for 30 transactions in time. The total amount I have lost due to this fraudulent transactions was INR 12, 96, 271.46. The bank has credited INR 7077.02 to my account for the remaining 6 transactions for which the VISA has not responded and advised to apply for the insurance claim for the remaining amount.

                  I have sent all the documents hard copy on 04/11/2016 to branch and the branch has submitted the same to posdebit for the remaining process. As per the advised given by posdebit, the process time is 30 days.

                  But now it is more than two months and there is no outcome. I am sending the email again and again to insurance department and there is no response from that side.

                  The Bank is a place, where all the people believe that the government of INDIA has given the assurance through the Reserve Bank of INDIA that the money is in safe hand. The people can save their hard earned savings here with confidence. Bank has issued secured international debit card with most advanced security feature EMV CHIP BASED, and the banking security system is also working round the clock, but when something happens or the banking security system is not working properly, failed to send a single SMS or email regarding the fraudulent transaction, then bank start saying that it is not the responsibility of the bank to keep guarding your money. If bank is not responsible for the safety of money, then why they have claimed that it is the safe place to keep your hard earned savings.

                  With this email, I just want to ask a simple question to all the authorities sitting on the higher positions in the Bank and claiming that it is the INDIA's leading international bank, what is the outcome of all this exercise? I am still waiting for my hard earned saving money and the time is running out.

                  High commissioner of INDIA to FIJI in Suva office has also emailed two times regarding this issue, but there is no response.

                  If there is someone responsible person who really cares about the account and customers, requesting atleast give me some positive output for all this exercise and return my hard earned savings. That was my last three years saving which I have saved after long working hours.

                        Sir in naroda Gidc bank of baroda bank account opening executive has not been opening my father account since last 3 days.
                        we went three times over there. today we go early in morning after submitted format and 30 min later when we said about process he said wait again we waited 15 minutes. he went to bank manager and that manager was talking with someone else so I called him that executive and said Sir if possible do it fast my father is not educated . he said your account opening is not prority. I went to manager and do complain he said to me what you I'll do when your boss called you..
                        I said Sir you are busy with someone else so I called him and he said my father account opening is not a prority..

                        Sir that person not behave good..
                        and finally we give them form not open account ..

                        Sir please replay me and inform me what action you take again to to both of them...

In Rajkot, BoB branch is on kalwad road. Here, my father was come to BoB branch for withdraw money by cheke. But there, branch manager was gived answer to my father that we do not get money to other BOB accounter and we are get only home BOB accounter.
                          Please give me right answer, why are they not accept cheke of other BOB branch for withdraw?

                            This is to inform that the so-called BANK OF BARODA has no decency to entertain customers request and help them for even small things. My user id got disabled and upon visiting the bank 10 times I was given the same reply that I should contact customer care.

                            I tried 100 times but couldn't connect to customer care and even repeated emails have no replies.

                            I feel sorry that banks which are the backbone of Indian economy are into such extremely poor service. My family holds several accounts with the bank and now I feel I should close all of them as there is no use continuing with a service provider who cannot cater to its customers.

                              Dear mr. Raval

                              I have approached with my loan application baroda vidya to the br. Manager, bank of board, ksez, gandhidham but he has not approved my baroda vidya loan because of not my salary account.

                              He has advised me that uou have salary account with us so i am able to give loan. He has told me your salary account should be transferred with us but my salary account with hdfc bank ltd, and at this state it is not possible to do so. I have eagerly requested at present i have critical financial problem and my son education is very important but he has not agreed with me.

                              Kindly advise in the matter. Your branch has not given right way for the solution. His advised to transfer salary account in our branch but now it is not possible. My time is worst no other way.

One day i needed a statement on 17/3/2016 four page statement bank debited rs 516 for d. Statement. It is not made mistake by my side becauseof printer was wrong went. Kindly refund rs. 516 soon.                                     In bhayander branch their staffs dont know how to talk with their customer very irrespecive behaviour there 1 guy in beard insulting customer in front of their face but people will not responding thats why i think, he think about him as a owner of bob. I really had a bad experience in my life ever with this bank. I am closing my account from that bank and seriously spreading this news to public and overall all services is bad passbook machine is not working many time some software not working, i think govt.                                       On 19th January 2017, at ICICI ATM near around 8 PM.

                                      Did transaction of Rs. 10000/- on ICICI ATM but ATM refused due to some technical difficulty. After 30 minutes I have received message from BOB that amount of 10000/- has beed debitted.

                                      I suhail ahmad I want to complaint for your executive because there not giving me any suggestions for my atm not working my atm no.[protected] my account no.[protected] I want solutions as soon as possible
                                      Sir,
                                      On 13th January 2017, at YES BANK ATM near around 6:20 PM.

                                      Did transaction of Rs. 4500/- on YES BANK ATM but ATM refused
                                      due to some technical difficulty. After 30 minutes I have received
                                      message from BOB that amount of 4500/- has beed debitted.

                                      Registered complaint in concerned Branch
                                      Complaint number:[protected]

                                      Its been 11 days more than 48 hours. No amount has been refunded.

                                        Myself Ram Sharan a/c no[protected] branch-Jawahar Colony, I have a complain related to this branch that I have submitted two checks on 12-01-17 one is[protected]rs and[protected]rs but the checks are not clear till date.I visited so many time in branch but no response and misbehaved with also.So I requested that please check out on this thing and reply me .
