Bank Of Baroda — ATM RELATED: MY ACCOUNT DEBITED BUT CASH NOT DISPENSED

Dear sir/madam, I am requesting to you that I have dispensed cash from my state bank atm card on 12/04/2015. First time I dispensed ₹10000/- and second time I dispensed ₹5000/- but both times my account debited and cash not dispenced. So I hv losses my ₹15000/-. So I m requesting to you to solve my issue immediately and return my amount. I will be highly obliged from your help. I have attached atm receipt for your help. Please find the attachment.
