Bank Of Baroda — atm withdrawal

Sir, i am your account holder no[protected] model town branch panipat
I made a transaction of rs 10000/ on 13/10/18 but money was not withdrawn as atm said time out, then i tried another atm and withdrew 10000/ on the same date not this is to my surprise that rs 10000/ has been debited twice on the same day where as money came only once.
