Bank Of Baroda — atm withdrawal not success

I wend corporation bank atm in tilak nagar and tried to withdraw 7200 but from my account 7223 rs amount was debit and cash not coming out and later it shows an error i am in servicing now.

Kindly give the refund as soon as possible card number ending 5770

All banks working hours is 8hours but this bank is only for 6hours why.. From 8:30AM to 2:30PM.
