Bank Of Baroda — Balance deducted while online payment through debit card

On 3 January 2017 at about 10:20 o'clock I was trying to add money in my Freecharge wallet but meanwhile payment failed and 400 rs was deducted from my account. And I could not get any refund regarding this deduction till today. I tried to contact customer care but after a no of trails I failed to contact them. I am out of town at the time hence cannot contact to the branch. My Details are: a/c no-[protected].

Sir, My a/c [protected]. I have paid online money to Amazon by use of debit card then aftr few days they refund the money to my account bt its does not shown in my account yet ???? Then i ask amazon they said they already refunded the money they provide me the Refund reference number[protected]. Pls kindly resolve my problem.
