I would like to inform you that i was trying to fund transfer in my account to another account and that time time my balance was deducted in my account and third party was not received my payment so i was open my m connect app and and check his payment status and it was showing your payment status is failure.. why that was possible, So i was going to my home branch and explained my problem from your executive and he was only one word tell me ki that problem is not resolved from my side you are trying customer care number and explained your problem so i was called your customer care number and again tell him my problem and he says your money is transfered in your account with in 7 days... but the money is not transferd in my account... So i will request you please refund my money in my account...ASAP
