Bank Of Baroda — Bank Of Baroda Lien Amount blocked for IPO has not been unblocked by Bank

I have applied for IPO of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited IPO (Mazagon Dock IPO) on 1st October 2020 for ₹14, 935 from upstox app through BHIM App (payment app) and the same amount was blocked by Bank till the date of allotment of shares. Even I got the UPI mandate successful (attaching the copy o[censored]PI mandate) from Bank immediately.
After declaring the result of appointment, I checked the status (application number attached) & I didnt got any allotment of shares & as per the rules after allotment of shares the amount will be refund/revoked back within 24hrs but the bank put the amount on lien/hold & the amount is not unblocked till date (attaching of lien amount blocked).
I contacted the customer care of BOB on 9th October 2020 & after asking them they said they don't have any assurance wheather the amount will be refunded back or will be waived off/not be refunded or no credit in bank account & the reply from the customer care is unsatisfactory damn poor.

In-short Bank has blocked ₹ 14935/- of my amount without any purpose as of now after results of allotment of shares.

I am hereby complaining so as to get my amount credited back in my Bank Account.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
