Bank of Baroda providing pathetic services to its customers, I have lodged multiple complaints in Bank of Baroda Branch in writing, on phone banking and online, but Bank did not refund the amount even after one month. INR 10000 was excess debited from account. I withdrew INR 20000 on 08.07.17, but INR 30000 debited from my account. My maximum cash withdrawal limit in a day is INR 25000 only.

Every time while following up with Branch and Phone Banking was given update that amount will be reversed in to account in 2-3 days, Every time they accepted fault is at Bank end but complaint is closed without resolution. Was this information helpful? |
