I previously had an account with vijaya bank, but due to migration of accounts, my account has been transferred to bank of baroda.I used to use UPI services with vijaya bank as well.Later as of now i register the same mobile number with bank of baroda through m connect as well.But while requesting for UPI services, it dosent seem to recognise my account number linked to the phone number.
I did call the customer care serveral times and also registered complaints twice.Recently was informed it was because there was a problem with my telecom operator and to try and finish the upi registration within 45 seconds, but still when tried did not get any resolution to the problem.When i call back the customer care now, it dosent seem to be connecting at all.
