Bank Of Baroda — bob amount debited, but online recharge not successful

Dear sir/madam,
I have recharged an amount 349 airtel recharge phone number: [protected] through bob internet banking on 13/09/2017. My money has been deducted from my account but recharge was not successfull. Kindly look into the matter and do needful. My details are given below

A/c - [protected]
Branch name - chittoor = andhra pradesh.
Ebanking[protected] / [protected] / citr

some one called me from customer care, he ask the aadhar card number, pan card number and bank debit card number. we are not ready to give these details. please do the needfull

I have apply IPO for APEX Frozen through ASBA (Net Banking) but not allotted but still it showing lien Balance of Rs. 28000/-
My account is [protected].
Even i have try calling Customer call but no response from bank site.
