Today i have transfer on dated 24/07/2019 amount 8000/- in my son saving account but "charges for pord customer payments : 00027" are debited in my saving account complaint sent to : operations. [protected]@bankofbaroda.com

But till date no any reply received for revert. Rbi already circulated in case of transfer the money bank not charges debited but bob charges debited.
As per rbi circular no any charges debited in customer saving account, in case if bob bank nore listen my problems, i have send to rbi complaint after 30 days as per rbi rule.
Secondly, i have visit 2-3 in bob branch for entry in my pass book but your printer not work properly and ask your bank representative but reply received go to another branch for entry print in pass book but nagori garden, bhilwara also printer down, after 3 month my passbook is disabled and bank representative asked me charge 200/- for new passbook issue...in this case what is mistakes the customer to pay 200/-.
If pass book entry case printer is breakdown in this is bank responsibility, why should customer pay.
Above two points solution not received within 30 days mails will be forward d to rbi complaint lodge.
