Bank Of Baroda — careless staff

Few days ago i given documents for internet banking and for aadhar link after 15 days again i visited BOB because both work not done yet .your staff not able found my document only after 15 days .They lost my all documents and told me to submit new one this is totally careless staff take strict action agains them.totally unexpected from such a reputed bank.

I have deposited Rs. 19, 200.00 in your deposit machine located in bob katargam branch, opposite katargam police station surat 395004 . on 9/9/17 but the amount was not credited in my account.
please help me
