I had enter amount of rs 10000 and as the transaction starts processing, lights goes off and my transaction got processed and debited but i didnt recieve any money. I wait for light to come but it show the atm out of service. This whole incident happen on 13th june at guwahti. I had already file a online complaint on 14th june. Its reference number is 1540572. Its has been more than 7 day and still i had not recieved any progressed regarding my complain. I had also visited my home branch ie aerodrum road, indore and they are saying they had same online complain portal on which i had filled complain. They can do nothing. Kindly please look in this matter
