Bank Of Baroda — cash deposit in machine but not received in my account

Dear sir, i, vinay chauhan, has deposited rs 2000 inr in the cash deposit machine of the bank of baroda narhi branch, lucknow, u. P. Pin-226001 on 21st of october, 2017, 12:06:13 hrs, the machine showed the processing, but after a while, it showed machine error, and so the deposited cash was not received in my account. I submitted a hand written application to the branch manager on the 24th of october, 2017 atttaching the receipt of the transaction received by me after the error, also contacted the customer care helpline regarding this issue, the customer care assured me of 7 days resolution time, but, till date, i have not received my money in my account.
