Bank Of Baroda — Cash deposit machine issue

Dear sir,
On 8th Apr 2021 A/N I tried to deposit a sum of Rs.28000/- through the cash deposit machine located at the entrance of bank of baroda, chokkikulam branch Madurai. While depositing the amount, I put all ₹28000/- but the machine accepted ₹ 20000/-and I tried to put the returned money back into the machine by using the "ADD MORE" option, it accepted ₹ 1000- and ₹ 7000/-came back, as the screen showed deposited money as ₹21000/- and the "ADD MORE" option also appeared I tried to use the option but the machine stopped abruptly, showing server connectivity problem, and contact the branch manager. I immediately went into the bank branch, as the manager was not available, I reported the problem to the bank authority who was available at the time, I filled the form stating the abrupt stoppage of cash deposit machine, and requesting for crediting ₹21, 000/- into my account. She told me she will raise the complaint. On 9th Apr 21 I sent an e mail to the branch.
Kindly look into the matter and credit the amount of ₹21, 000/- into my account.

I deposited 500rs in my bank of baroda mumbai branch ac no(4620)
The cash machine took the money and showed the transation is compleat and gave the recipt and it was written networ error
And money deposited 500
Bt its not showing in my ac
Plz resolve this issue soon

perks from me and always neglecting my request and now he is telling that you take over the account to other

because of this i am facing many mental stress ans loss in my business sir please kindly look into the matter

and resolve my issue as soon as possible

Dear sir i live in aurangabad. Today i went to bank of baroda bajarang chouk branch aurangabad to deposit my cash and i deposited 6100 in ur cash deposit machine at 18.58 pm but as i kept the sum in machine the machine gets out of service and gives mesage contact to branch manager and then ur machine got stuck and my money not came back or nor it had been credited in my account. please help me in this issue..
