On 6th october 2017, i attempted to deposit ₹ 50, 000/- (100 x ₹500) into my account at the cdm attached to the panjim branch. As it was a card linked deposit i used my bob debit card, verified the account no, name and the hopper opened to insert the cash. On inserting the notes and choosing "continue"option the machine began counting the notes and abruptly stopped.. Flashing a hardware error on screen
I have registered a complaint at the attached branch immediately and the same is recorded. Follow up since past few days only gives me response that it will take 7 working days. Today is 10 calendar days and i do not have the credit as yet.
