Bank Of Baroda — cash not received but deducted from my sbi account

Sir,
Today i use my sbi atm card at bob atm, near fulwadi char rasta, tp-13, chhani jakat naka, vadodara, first i enter the amount of rs. 2000/- which i have received in one not of 2000. But i want a change, so i use my card again enter the amount of rs. 500, i could not received the amount of rs. 500 but it deducted from my account, and i received the message for the same.

Yesterday i made transaction at bob atm - 3bmngjba situated at fulwadi char rasta, tp-13 chhani jakat naka, vadodara. I have not received rs. 500 whihc i have entered vide transaction no.[protected], but it deducted from my account. And message appears on the screen is that this atm gone under the maitainance. Please try later.

Please look into the matter and do needful at the earliest.

Kumarg7545's response I just asked a question how long my money would be transferred, I had deposited the money in the morning, of which I did not get the money in my account till the evening and when I asked, he was shown anger.and start to thwetring on me, and tell me to get out from the bank
