My refund of Rs. 8990 has been processed successfully on 06/06/2018. The amount should reflect yet not in my bank account transfer.

My refund of Rs. 8990 has been processed successfully on 06/06/2018. The amount is not yet credited my bank account. The Authorization Code for the transaction is 815612117357. Please solve my problem.
