Bank Of Baroda — change of mobile number

I have submitted my mobile number changed form on 13.02.2018. But till date the bank has not changed my mobile number and today when i enquired the lady on the counter said to me "customer mere sir pe nacch rahe hai" (Is it possible...?).
I am changing my number because a same mobile number is functioning in my region and that number is receiving my otps so it can be a very serious issue for me, i explained this thing to bank but i think they dont bother any thing.
