Bank Of Baroda — changing mobile no

Address: Salvav, Gujarat plot nu 3 shop nu 1,2,3 Nr swami narayan school NH 8 salvav district valsad vapi 396191, Valsad, Gujarat, 396191

I have to change my mobile number but branch are saying that they want old mobile number if we don't have old one they can't change my number... How it is possible if the number is not available
The branch staf and there manager talk very rudely manner... They are saying that is is not our problem
First they told me to write a application to bank then we can do it but now they are saying it is not possible without old number

I tried to book a ticket through the IRCTC APP on 29th April 2019, Transaction ID: [protected], I made the payment through bank of baroda debit card, but the ticket was not booked(the reason was payment is pending from bank end) and the money was debited from my card. I didn't get a refund yet.
