Refund of rs 220-/- has been issued by amazon on 11/02/2020, regarding a product order number=[protected].. Refund refrence number is 205303.. But the refund has not been issued.. Bank is saying that no amount has been received by them.. I have talked them again and again but no response is coming soon.. So i need to file a chrage dispute on them to get the full details.. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible..
