On Sept.5.2020, I booked Goibibo airtickets IXD-BOM, however my account was debited twice of amount 13294 rupees.
While complaint was raised to Bank of Baroda and Goibibo parallel, Bank of Baroda claimed that both the transaction money (amount 13294 each) is with Goibibo.
However Goibibo claims, they have received only one transaction and issued me the tickets for same. Also Goibibo support has given email confirmation that they have received only one transaction and provided service for the same.
But Bank of Baroda is denying the fact, and delaying to refund the money (duplicate transaction money - Rs.13294).
I have raised several complaints, followups with Bank customer care, still they cannot understand the simple transaction process.
Please help to get money from my second transaction - Rs. 13294 back. Was this information helpful? |
