Bank Of Baroda — Charges on debit card transaction

On 14/02/17 I took fuel from petrol pump for Rs 2430/- using Bank of Baroda debit card but bank had deducted Rs 2499.25 from my saving a/c no. [protected](Aliganj Branch Lucknow). Refer to RBI Circulars DBS.CO.PPD No. 17882/11.01.005/2012-13 dated June 19, 2013, NO CHARGES SHALL BE TAKEN FROM THE CUSTOMER AND ALSO FOR DIGITAL INDIA/CASHLESS INDIA.
