The process is cumbersome and time killing
first 8-10 minutes forced to listen non- sense music before connect to human interface
then the person on that side asks about entire personal details from birth to death and if one misses or even misspell any single then request is not complete and service is denied.
this is my experience while tried twice to request for cheque book on 08.09.2016 around 8.45 late evening and on 09.09.2016 at around 10.35
the request could not be placed as my address PIN did not matched with records of bank; the bank does not have system to check that customer is calling from registered mobile and to take request at one or two step verification only instead of asking for his whole JANAM KUNDLI
