Bank Of Baroda — cheque return charges

Sir i have an a/c no. [protected] in favour of tushar bansal in kamla nagar branch, agra. I have issued a chque no, 000039 to hardeep sing dung. Chque date was 8/5/2019 and i have maintain the on this date then also the chque has been returned and rs 590 has been deducted. I kindly request you to refund the deducted charges as per this is not my fault.. Thanking you
