Bank Of Baroda — claiming monies from deceased person's account, ashram rd ahmedabad and gandhinagar branch

Dear sir or madam

I have tried to contact the above branches, i am trying to receive a clear and concise answer as to what is required to claim the monies, my uncles died and has left a will in his sisters name who is my mother.

I have various proof of identification, please advise me of the procedure for claiming the monies back from accounts in ashram road ahmedabad branch and bank of baroda gandinagar branch.

The above branches are not responding to me, i am based in the uk and it is difficult for me to go to the branches.

Branches within the uk have asked me to contact the indian branches directly.
Please can advise me.
The decased person is chandrakant d kotak, who was based in 66 sidney street, derby de1 2tu
